Covid-19 is still affecting people vaccinated or not, please wear your mask when coming into the Growing Blessings salon suite.
*Upon arrival please use the Keypad next to the door to be let into the building. To use the keypad please #Press 018 and I’ll be able to buzz you in.
Please say your name clearly into the mic so I can know who you are.
(If that becomes an issue please call/text (331) 250-4577 and I’ll be able to open the door for you)
*When receiving any service by me coming washed and blow-dried to your appointment is NEVER an option. I prefer to properly shampoo and condition the hair before any style.

A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FEE IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE AN APPOINTMENT FOR ALL CLIENTS VISITING SALON.
If you already use the booking app booksy, it'll send you a link through email, text, or the app to pay the deposit. You have up to 12 hours to pay the deposit through the link or app. If it is not paid within that time frame, the appointment will be automatically canceled in the system. You will receive a reminder through email, text, or the app to complete the payment 1 hour before the link expires.

~ First-time clients and a first-time visit
~Must Book a consultation or a bundle consultation to receive service
**Returning Clients**
~Would like to be Reinstated as a client
~Have not been seen/serviced by me in 6mths or more
***Existing/Dedicated Clients***
~Have been seen more than 3 times within the last 3-6 months
~Have standing or recurring appointments
~Already have a custom regimen and trims schedule with me.
***Last Minute/Squeeze In Appointments ***
Salon service may be available for last minute, same day, or "squeeze in" appointments if available and may require an additional fee if booked 24-48hrs prior. Clients must contact the salon (331) 250-4577 and a $25 additional fee is added to the salon service.
*** V.I.P Appointments ***
This Service is for appointments outside of normal business hours. (MY OFF DAY, BEFORE OR AFTER HOURS) This service requires an additional fee between $45-$100 depending on the service that is being requested. Please contact the salon for this service at (331)250-4577 before or after booking online.

$LATE FEE POLICY:$
There is a 10min grace period after your appointment time, anything after that will be a late fee of $20. The late fee will be added to your final balance. *Please know if you decide not to acknowledge or pay the late fee you will not be able to book another appointment until it is paid in full.
After 15 minutes your appointment will be rescheduled or canceled with a cancellation fee that would need to be paid before booking another service.
If you have to reschedule your appointment, your appointment would need to be rescheduled within 30 days for your Deposit fee to go towards your service.
Please try your best to be on time so that other clients after you won't be affected.
If you have to be late please give me a courtesy call before your appointment time and I can let you know if I'll still be able to take you.

Reschedule Policy:
You will be able to reschedule your appointment 24hrs in advance.
If you will have to reschedule your appointment, your appointment would need to be rescheduled within 30 days for your Deposit fee to go towards your service.
$Cancellation Policy:$
Please call or text to cancel your appointment 48-72 hours in ADVANCE.
If you cancel within the same day of the appointment or if there is a no-call no-show there will be a $5 cancellation fee that will need to be paid before booking another appointment.
After One No Call-No Show appointment, you will longer be able to book another appointment.
Booking an Appointment means you agree with all Salon Policies stated above.
